Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This remote role focuses on helping customers, resolving questions, processing reservations, and ensuring a positive experience across phone, email, and chat channels.

You will work with a Customer Experience department, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, and you may coordinate with internal teams to fulfill requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling difficult situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable using computers, email, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with requests, reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity standards.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
