This client-facing role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure while documenting requests for cross‑unit feedback.

A college degree or higher is required, and multilingual capabilities (Spanish, English, plus another language) are preferred.

Formación

• Customer service experience not required but beneficial in financial industry contexts.
• College degree or above.
• Trilingual: native Spanish, advanced English, and another language preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle back-office tickets and provide 24/7 online inquiry and email reply services.
• Address customer inquiries, advice, and suggestions via email or online tools.
• Document customer requests and provide feedback to other units.
• Handle customer complaints and ad hoc tasks.
