Coinme is looking for a Contract Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional phone-based support for customers. You will resolve cryptocurrency transaction issues and handle high-volume inbound calls, ensuring quality customer care.

The position demands fluency in English, a solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, and proficiency in customer support systems. This is a fully remote role available in Latin America, excluding Venezuela and Cuba.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of phone-based customer support experience.
• Proven track record of meeting call center KPIs.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle 25–40 inbound customer support calls per day.
• Resolve customer issues related to cryptocurrency transactions.
• Document all customer interactions in CRM.
