• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
• Strong interest in crypto/ blockchain technology.
• Ability to work independently.
• Marketing degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of regional/local product campaigns with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Work with global marketing to localize campaigns for user growth.
• Build and manage strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experiments, audience messaging, and spend accountability.
• Map user journeys and improve funnel conversion through education and operations campaigns.
• Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native apps.
• Plan and execute online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns for local audiences.
• Grow user base and increase brand awareness in a fun, creative, and informative way.
• Monitor campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth.
• Constantly explore new channels, creatives, and ideas for growth and optimization.
• Help shape the Binance brand in Argentina.
