Power Digital is seeking a Dynamic Creative Director to lead a large portfolio of clients. You will own the full creative vision from strategy to production, guiding a multidisciplinary team and ensuring outcomes align with business goals.

You will drive growth through retention, expansion, and innovative thinking, while leveraging AI tools and the Nova ecosystem to optimize processes and performance.

Formación

• Experience leading creative campaigns across channels.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and scale creative teams.
• Strategic planning and creative leadership across multi-client portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Set and drive the creative vision and strategic direction across client accounts.
• Oversee strategy, concepting, design, production and post-production.
• Lead and grow a large multidisciplinary creative team.
• Establish workflows and standards for quality and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to expand services and win new business.
• Drive client retention and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Represent the practice at events and in thought leadership.
• Ensure QA processes and alignment with growth objectives.
• Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem.
