Power Digital is seeking a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to lead performance marketing strategy and execution across complex accounts. You will own planning, optimization, reporting, QA, and proactive client communication, mentoring junior talent and expanding cross-channel integration.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows within the Nova ecosystem to drive measurable growth for clients. The position offers a fully flex work environment—remote, in-office, or hybrid—with base salary

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in at least 2 major paid advertising channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts.
• QA to prevent errors impacting client revenue and ensure budget pacing.
• Drive cross-channel integration and proactive strategy recommendations.
• Mentor junior talent and contribute to team ceremonies and knowledge sharing.
• Engage in client-facing discussions and deliver strategic recommendations.
