Power Digital is seeking a Creative Director to lead a broad portfolio of clients, owning the full creative vision from strategy to production. You will mentor a large team of creatives and partner with leadership to expand services while ensuring measurable business impact.

The role offers a fully flexible work arrangement (remote/office/hybrid) with base USD compensation plus commission, and a focus on growth, innovation, and high-quality output across channels.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or equivalent senior leadership role.
• A portfolio demonstrating campaigns across multiple channels at scale.
• Executive-level presentation and client-facing communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set and drive the creative vision across a broad client portfolio.
• Oversee strategy, concepting, design, production, and post-production.
• Lead and grow a large multidisciplinary creative team.
