Power Digital, a leading AI-driven growth firm, seeks a Creative Director to lead a pod of strategists, designers, editors, and production specialists. You will own the pod’s people, and drive the quality of creative work across major accounts, balancing craft with strategy and client leadership.

You will mentor teams, shape campaigns across channels, and partner with R&D to pilot new formats, staying ahead of industry trends. A clear path to MD exists for the right leader.

Formación

• 7–8 years of digital marketing/creative experience
• 5+ years in an agency setting
• 5+ years of hands-on, expert-level experience across creative disciplines
• 5+ years of team management with performance development
• An outstanding portfolio of multi-channel campaigns
• Executive-level presentation and client advisory skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a pod of creative professionals across strategy, design, production and post-production.
• Own hiring, onboarding, development plans, and retention for the team.
• Provide executive-level client strategy, performance reviews, and escalation support.
• Ensure high-quality creative work from strategy through post‑production.
• Collaborate with R&D to pilot new tools and formats and scale learnings.
• Drive growth of Creative's product and craft while delivering measurable results.
