Power Digital is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Consumer Services to own the creative strategy and delivery for a dedicated client vertical. You will lead creative direction, oversee production and post-production, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

• Demonstrated portfolio illustrating proficiency to conceptualize, develop and deliver creative campaigns across multiple channels.
• Senior level mastery of one or more executional skills: Copywriting, Design, Production, Strategy, or Post Production.
• Robust experience collaborating with and managing creative teams across multiple client accounts.
• Experience in a client-facing role, able to present and solve problems for clients.
• Deep understanding of creative best practices, strategy, compliance, project management and team leadership.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability and empathetic leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the creative vision and output for clients within a defined industry vertical, serving as senior creative advisor.
• Guide strategy from concept to execution and post-production to meet performance goals.
• Translate insights into breakthrough campaigns that align with business and channel objectives.
• Lead and mentor a group of creative professionals (3–4 direct reports) at senior levels.
• Drive development through coaching, growth plans and structured training while managing performance and staffing.
• Champion high-performance workflows, QA processes, and omnichannel best practices.
• Identify client growth opportunities through creative-led retention and expansion.
