Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm seeking a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to lead performance marketing strategy and execution for high-value accounts. You will own planning, optimization, reporting, QA, and proactive client communication while mentoring junior talent and driving cross-channel integration.

You will leverage AI and the Nova ecosystem to surface opportunities, run experiments, and deliver measurable results aligned with client business goals.

Formación

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience; 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 3-4 years hands-on experience with at least 2+ paid advertising channels.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts.
• Conduct QA to prevent errors impacting client revenue.
• Ensure accurate budget pacing and advise on changes.
• Demonstrate expertise in multiple major ad channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Lead proactive strategy recommendations and surface opportunities and risks.
• Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Maintain testing roadmaps and manage next steps for experiments.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams and manage timelines.
