Power Digital Marketing is seeking a senior client lead to own 4–6 CPG accounts across beauty, personal care, wellness, and foods. You will diagnose growth constraints and craft data-backed strategies while guiding cross-functional teams through media, content, influencer, and UX initiatives.

This role emphasizes senior client relationships, renewals, and expanding MRR, with a fully flexible work environment (remote/in‑office/hybrid) and a competitive base salary paid in USD plus commission.

Formación

• 6+ years in CPG marketing with DTC and retail experience
• Experience with Amazon: buy box, ASINs, search impact
• Strong MMM and incrementality testing knowledge
• Fluent in upper-funnel strategy: content, SEO, video
• Proven ability to retain and grow accounts
• Experience managing senior clients with strong opinions

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of 4–6 CPG accounts across beauty, personal care, wellness, foods
• Diagnose core constraints to drive client growth with data-backed strategy
• Challenge channel assumptions with credibility and data
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on a single strategy
• Manage 1–2 direct reports and conduct regular development meetings
• Protect and grow MRR through renewals and expansions
