Power Digital seeks an Associate Art Director to lead design and motion output within a division, coaching Design and Edit Leads while building scalable systems for on-brand, high-quality work. You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on craft, setting the standard for execution and operational excellence.

You’ll drive speed and quality, enforce brand integrity, and collaborate across Strategy, Content, and Project Management to solve blockers and optimize workflows.

Formación

• 8+ years in visual design and/or video editing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring creatives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance creative.
• Comfortable giving, receiving, and acting on feedback quickly and clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Own the executional bar for design and motion across assigned division.
• QA and direct high-priority assets with performance, polish, and platform alignment.
• Partner with Creative Team Lead to ensure visual direction aligns with strategy and business goals.
• Lead internal reviews, give actionable feedback, and champion brand consistency.
• Maintain fluency in platform-specific creative standards across Meta, Email/SMS, Organic Social, Amazon, and Content.
