Power Digital is seeking a CPG Paid Search Specialist, Client Experience in Argentina to support the performance marketing for client books of business. You will partner with lead Strategists or independently own end-to-end strategy for core clients, focusing on paid search and data-driven optimization.

You will collaborate across teams, deliver timely reporting, and leverage AI tools to inform strategy and improve efficiency.

Formación

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• Experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns.
• Experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct response marketing efforts.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify.
• Client-facing experience and strong communication skills.
• Excellent Excel and data-analytic skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain flawless execution across all paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Autonomously manage timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance.
• Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end, including ad builds, optimizations, reporting, pacing, and performance monitoring.
• Provide data-backed growth opportunities and test hypotheses.
• Maintain a client-first mindset in execution and strategy decisions.
• Present performance reports with clear data storytelling.
• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to inform strategy and reporting.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance team operations and client outcomes.
