Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Sales to lead commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiations and ensuring service quality.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering and product teams, present technically and commercially, and build strong relationships with operators like YPF and Pluspetrol to drive growth in a digital-first, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in Directional Drilling or related fields.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex.
• Delivering technical presentations, performance reviews, and post‑well analysis to demonstrate value.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
