The role requires deep technical knowledge in directional drilling, MWD/LWD, and BHA optimization, with strong communication to translate technical value into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation and KPI understanding.
• Experience with operators in shale basins and technical sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain CRM pipelines and provide technical presentations to clients.
