Baker Hughes seeks a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales to lead commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin, driving growth through strong customer engagement and technical excellence.

You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate with operations and engineering, present to customers, and secure long-term contracts with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, and others.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical info into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex, and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to show service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
