The role combines construction bookkeeping with coordinating project information and office processes. You will work with QuickBooks Online, organize documentation, and follow up on outstanding items with minimal supervision, while overlapping California business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction bookkeeping or project accounting.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online: reconciliations, job costing, AP/AR.
• Familiar with managing digital files in Google Drive.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and independent work ability.
• Availability to overlap with California business hours.

Responsabilités

• Maintain QuickBooks Online records and reconcile accounts.
• Track project expenses and assist with job costing.
• Prepare invoices and progress billings; monitor receivables.
• Enter vendor bills and manage payables.
• Support cash flow tracking and financial reporting.
• Organize project documents in Google Drive.
• Track subcontractor documents: insurance certificates and licenses.
• Follow up on missing paperwork and invoices.
• Support scheduling and project communications.
• Document procedures; streamline recurring workflows.
