Pearster is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This remote, contractor/full-time role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, day-to-day accounting, and ensuring compliance across international clients.

You'll manage transactions, lead reconciliations, produce reports, and collaborate across teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of bookkeeping, proficiency with QuickBooks/Xero/NetSuite, and strong Excel skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Experience with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities
