Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper working with U.S. clients.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience working remotely and managing multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in QuickBooks.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
Assist with payroll processing and sales tax filings.
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards.
Communicate with clients to clarify financial information and resolve discrepancies.
