Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with operators to secure long-term business.

The role requires deep technical sales experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, and related tools, with a focus on delivering value through cross-functional collaboration and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS or BHA optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Experience influencing engineering and procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build relationships with operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol and Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to show value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
