AgileEngine in Mendoza, Argentina seeks a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will drive cloud architecture, IaC standards with Terraform, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Snowflake, and data pipelines, guiding cross‑functional teams and managing major incidents. This role offers LatAm business hours and a focus on scalable, secure, and compliant platform operations.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in Cloud/Platform Engineering or SRE with leadership experience.
• Hands-on AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Argo Workflows, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong ability to lead incidents and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability of the managed Data Platform across AWS, EKS, Snowflake, S3, and pipelines.
• Lead transitions to managed services, with risk & knowledge transfer activities.
• Define IaC, CI/CD, observability, and incident response standards for the platform.
