Job summary

World Business Lenders, Llc is seeking a Title Analyst to lead a team and ensure timely title clearance for real estate collateral. You will review title reports, coordinate with Processing, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Resolution, and maintain SLA standards while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of title experience, including title curative and clearance.
• Experience in lending or mortgage processing/closing preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising a team (coaching, assigning work, performance reviews).
• Strong knowledge of title commitments, liens, judgments, vesting, and lien priority.
• At least one year of customer support experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts, assign daily workloads, coach, and conduct quality reviews for title clearance.
• Review title reports and resolve issues per policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Production, Processing, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Resolution to ensure smooth workflows.
• Oversee the title pipeline, monitor SLAs, and address bottlenecks to prevent delays.
• Identify and resolve title issues related to commitments, liens, judgments, and vesting to ensure collateral eligibility.
• Prepare affidavits, request payoffs, and obtain supporting docs to clear liens.
• Identify collateral risks and recommend exceptions; ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Work with Processing to obtain docs to satisfy conditions and clear title for loan approval.
• Perform other duties to support title operations.
