Qualifications

5 years clinical research/monitoring experience mandatory.
Fluency in local language and advanced English required.

Responsibilities

Ensure clinical delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements and contracts.
Meet recruitment targets and develop recruitment strategies.
Develop project risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks.
Monitor clinical quality with defined standards and measures.
Manage project finances including Estimate at Completion and changes.
Identify stakeholders and communicate with internal/external teams.
Support milestone achievements and report to stakeholders.
Lead and mentor clinical team; participate in bid defenses and strategy.
May attend site visits to support project delivery.
