Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support clinical trial delivery. You will partner with the Project Leader and functional teams to manage schedules, risk, and finances, ensuring timely decisions and high-quality reports.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong English, and a background in life sciences or clinical research. Remote-friendly with global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life sciences or related field.
• Typically requires +2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Ideally 1 year of relevant clinical research experience with analytical/financial skills or relevant Project Management experience.
• Previous background in a consulting company is useful.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage performance dashboards, analyze events and determine follow up for Project Leader or other functions.
• Coordinate project schedule and ensure timely updates of milestones and partner calls.
• Coordinate and support risk and issue management processes.
• Manage all aspects of project finances including EAC, monthly expenses, invoices and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Vendor and PO management processes.
• Implement and maintain baseline and change control processes.
• Provide PL with timely data on cost, schedule, scope, utilization, and quality.
• Develop and maintain sections of Project Management Plans.
• Review and support project resource allocation within budget.
• Prepare correspondence including meeting minutes for team or customer.
• Organize and partner with PL for internal and customer meetings.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations.
• Manage core document reviews and audits; drive eTMF filing compliance.
• Manage eTraining and oversee compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding of new Key Project Team Members and system access.
• Monitor project metrics and update IQVIA systems for timely reporting.
• Participate in regional initiatives to support PMA community and personal development.
