Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of clinical staff to ensure projects are resourced and objectives met.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff training processes.
• Allocate resources to clinical studies based on staff experience and training.
• Monitor staff performance and address quality risks with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other teams and leadership to ensure project success.
• Contribute to departmental quality and process improvement initiatives.
