Qualifications

• 5 years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH), contract, and SOPs.
• Meet project recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop and monitor project risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks.
• Ensure clinical quality delivery and monitor quality issues.
• Manage project finances including Estimate at Completion (EAC) and track changes.
• Identify stakeholders and communicate with internal and external parties.
• Support milestone achievements and report per scope requirements.
• Lead and mentor clinical team members and provide training.
• Contribute to clinical delivery strategy for proposals and bid defenses.
