Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or health care preferred.
Clinical trial management experience including leadership capacity.
GCP and ICH regulatory knowledge.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Plan, assign, and direct work of clinical staff to ensure studies are resourced.
Oversee onboarding and training of staff per SOPs.
Allocate resources to clinical studies based on staff experience and training.
Monitor staff performance and quality of work; implement corrective actions as needed.
Identify quality risks and create corrective action plans.
Ensure workload and quality metrics are met and reported.
Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to address challenges and deliver service.
Participate in quality or process-improvement initiatives.
