IQVIA in Buenos Aires, Argentina, seeks a Senior Local Trial Manager to lead clinical delivery on local trials and ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, SOPs and project plans. You will partnering with clinical teams, Project Leaders and stakeholders to drive recruitment, quality and timelines.

The role covers risk management, financial oversight, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver trials within contractual requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline required.
• 5 years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Fluency in the local language (Spanish) and advanced English is required.

Mansioni

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, protocol) and contracts.
• Lead clinical teams, manage stakeholder communications and monitor recruitment targets.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation plans and monitor clinical quality issues.
• Oversee project finances, including EAC, and manage changes within baseline.
• Mentor and coach peers; participate in bid defense and clinical operation planning.
