Job summary

GainRep is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Manager to coordinate hospital and imaging-site relationships, support student placements, and grow the clinical partner network. This fully remote role is built on CRM-driven outreach, proactive follow-up, and clear next steps on every commitment, with a focus on service quality and patient outcomes.

Work with senior leaders across sites to expand partnerships, monitor placement capacity, and ensure programs scale with demand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning relationships with hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, or other healthcare sites in healthcare or education settings.
• Direct outbound experience: cold calling, prospecting, reactivating stalled relationships, or opening new healthcare-site relationships from scratch.
• Comfort using a CRM to log activity, track portfolio status, and report on partner health.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare orgs from site-level to senior leaders.
• Run a consistent outreach cadence of calls, meetings, and personalized emails based on partner priority.
• Lead partner check-ins that result in clear next steps for commitments.
• Support partners through student placements and program inquiries, including sensitive situations.
• Reactivate affiliated sites not currently hosting students or sending employees.
• Develop new clinical-site relationships through outbound calls and referrals.
• Keep contacts, notes, activities, and statuses in the internal platform with weekly leadership updates
