Proofpoint is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Manager to oversee relationships with healthcare organizations and drive placements for training programs. You will work across healthcare relationships, education partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth student placements and ongoing collaboration.

The role is fully remote, offers full-time employment, and emphasizes ownership of a portfolio impacting training capacity and partner growth.

Formación

• 2+ years owning relationships with hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, or healthcare sites.
• Experience managing 30+ active organizational relationships at once.
• Direct outbound experience: cold calling, prospecting, reactivating stalled relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Manage portfolio of hospital and imaging-site relationships from site-level to senior leadership.
• Run a consistent outreach cadence of calls, meetings, and personalized emails.
• Lead partner check-ins to convert into decisions with clear next steps.
• Support partners through student placements and upcoming cohorts.
• Reactivate affiliates not currently hosting students.
• Develop new clinical-site relationships through outbound calls and referrals.
• Keep contacts and activities in the internal platform and report weekly partner health.
