Atomic Hr is seeking a remote partner success and account management professional to support hospital and imaging-center partners, reactivate dormant relationships, and uncover new placement opportunities. This role focuses on phone-first outreach and meticulous relationship management across multiple sites and senior leaders.

You will drive outreach, guide placements, and ensure each partnership has a clear next step, maintaining accuracy in our partner health and pipeline views.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B inside sales, account management, customer success, partnership development, or similar client-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Strong organization and CRM discipline across a large portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of hospital and imaging-center partners from site-level to senior leadership.
• Lead a steady cadence of calls, meetings, and personalized emails based on partner priority.
• Drive partner check-ins to clear next steps and commitments.
