Proofpoint is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Manager to advance healthcare workforce education partnerships globally. This fully remote, full-time role connects hospitals and imaging centers with MRI education programs, ensuring robust placement pipelines.

You will manage a wide portfolio of partners, reactivate dormant sites, and open new opportunities for placement and sponsor programs while maintaining strong weekly updates and clear next steps.

Formación

• Two+ years owning relationships with hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, or healthcare sites.
• Experience managing 30+ active organizational relationships.
• Direct outbound experience: cold calling, prospecting, reactivating stalled relationships, or opening new sites.

Responsabilidades

• Manage portfolio of hospital and imaging-center partnerships from site to senior leadership.
• Run consistent outreach cadence with calls, meetings, and personalized emails.
• Lead partner check-ins that translate into decisions with clear next steps.
• Support partners through student placements, cohorts, and program questions.
• Reactivate affiliated sites not currently hosting students or employees.
• Develop new clinical-site relationships via outbound calls and referrals.
