Parexel is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join a fast-paced team focused on high-quality clinical trial execution. This home-based role supports virtual and in-person teams, emphasizing site monitoring, investigator relationships, and ensuring study integrity.

The ideal candidate holds a life sciences degree, has at least 1 year of CRA experience, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Occasional travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of CRA experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Monitor clinical trial sites through on-site and remote visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
• Manage site-level study documentation, systems updates, and visit reports.
• Implement corrective actions when needed to maintain study integrity.
• Ensure sites are audit- and inspection-ready.
