Atomic HR is seeking a remote, US-hours-based Partner Success Specialist to support hospitals and imaging centers, nurture relationships, and uncover new placement opportunities.

You will own a portfolio, drive outbound activity, and coordinate with internal teams to move agreements and student placements to completion; impact-measured growth for a fast-moving healthcare education company.

Formación

• 3+ years in B2B inside sales, account management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience owning relationships from first conversation through implementation and ongoing support.
• Comfort with outbound calling and persistent follow-up to secure next steps.
• Strong organization and CRM discipline across a large portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of hospital and healthcare partner relationships from site-level to senior leadership.
• Maintain a regular outreach cadence via calls, meetings, and targeted emails.
• Lead partner check-ins and ensure every commitment has a clear next step.
• Support student placements, cohorts, and program inquiries, including sensitive situations.
• Develop new clinical-site relationships through outbound calls and referrals.
• Keep contacts and activities up to date in the internal system and report weekly partner health.
