Formación

• Min. +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience in CRO/pharma
• Lead role experience (2+ years) with coordinating teams
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations
• Strong written and verbal English communication

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Centralized Monitoring activities for global projects
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when needed and manage IP handling
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs)
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools for study quality
• Provide input to study teams and drive continuous process improvements
