IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, with remote options across Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and others. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver project objectives per contract, while optimizing speed, quality, and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in lead roles, and strong English communication. You will mentor staff and ensure robust study documentation and RBM practices across global studies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local regulations for clinical trials.
• Strong written and verbal English language skills (mandatory).
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.
• Leadership and coaching abilities for junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk mitigation, and regulatory considerations.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics, trend analysis, and action plans for deviations.
• Develop analytics strategy and advanced analytics for the study.
• Support monitoring strategy development and RBM tools/templates.
• Attend study/client meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness for tools and templates.
• Mentor junior staff and coach the team.
