IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM—remote across Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives, optimize speed, quality and cost, and ensure compliance with IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires leadership, RBM analytics, and strong English communication. Responsibilities include overseeing global project deliverables, IP management, risk mitigation, and supporting the monitoring strategy with robust analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations for clinical trials.
• +2 years in a Lead role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and coordinate with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk and mitigation plans.
• Possess strong oversight of study metrics and trend analysis, and drive action plans.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant with RBM tools.
