IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, remote across Argentina, Brazil, Peru and more. You will lead a global team, oversee clinical deliverables, ensure compliance with ICH GCP and project-specific plans while optimizing speed, quality and cost. Strong English and leadership are essential.

The role emphasizes RBM strategy, oversight of study metrics, and mentorship of junior staff across multiple studies, with a flexible LATAM remote work setup.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead, including IP management and risk mitigation.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to a study and at project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor and trend study/site metrics and develop action plans.
• Develop analytics strategy and work on advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy development and monitoring triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams and key decision makers for process improvements.
• Develop and use study management plans and RBM tools; ensure audit readiness.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
