IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with a remote work model across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and more. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives, optimize speed, quality and cost, and ensure compliance with ICH GCP and IQVIA SOPs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local laws and guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead; manage IP and regulatory aspects.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources.
• Develop monitoring strategy and analytics; support RBM tools.
• Attend study team/client meetings and ensure audit readiness.
