IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options across Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru and beyond. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure project objectives are met within contract terms while optimizing speed, quality and cost under IQVIA SOPs.

Strong English and leadership skills are essential. The role requires overseeing the Centralized Monitoring team, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement across global trials.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risks, and regulatory aspects.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure study tools are properly documented and audit-ready.
• Monitor study/site metrics and develop analytics strategies.
• Collaborate with project management to design monitoring strategies and study plans.
