IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, working remotely across multiple countries including Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Colombia. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery objectives, while optimizing speed, quality and cost following IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires leadership of the centralized monitoring team, management of clinical deliverables, and adherence to ICH GCP and local regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies, including IP management and regulatory considerations.
• Mentor junior staff and coach team members to improve performance.
• Develop and monitor study management plans and RBM tools/templates.
