IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options across Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia. The role partners with project and clinical leads to deliver projects per contract, optimizing speed, quality and cost while following IQVIA SOPs.

The candidate will oversee a global monitoring team, mentor junior staff, manage resources, and contribute to analytics strategies and RBM tools. Strong English and leadership are mandatory for this senior position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.
• To lead team and effectively work in team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies.
• May act as Clinical Lead on absence or project close-out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analyses with action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and develop advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy development with triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team or client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams and decision makers for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain RBM tools, study management plans, and audit-ready documentation.
