IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, mainly remote, to drive oversight of global clinical trials. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize delivery while adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA) with knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced written and verbal English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple global projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Centralized Monitoring activities across global projects per protocol, SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, re-supply, labeling and import/export tasks as needed.
• Lead the monitoring strategy and optimize speed, quality and cost of delivery.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Trend study metrics, identify actions, and ensure RBM compliance.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and development of advanced analytics.
• Attend study team/client meetings and provide inputs to decision makers.
• Develop and maintain study management plans and RBM tools; ensure audit readiness.
• Mentor junior staff and support team development.
