• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP).
• +2 years in a Lead role and +3 years of clinical monitoring experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global project deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and manage study metrics and RBM tools.
• Develop monitoring strategies, risk mitigation, and action plans.
