Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, operating remotely. The role partners with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives, optimizing speed, quality, and cost of delivery in line with IQVIA SOPs.

The position requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site) and 2+ years in a Lead role, with strong English communication, organizational and coaching skills. Candidate will mentor junior staff and manage global project work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results- and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.
• To lead team and effectively work in team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and coordinate with project/clinical leads.
• Oversee delivery of clinical deliverables per protocol and regulations.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage IPs.
• Manage resources: CRAs, Central Monitors, and support staff.
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analysis; develop action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Support monitoring strategy development and triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams and drive process improvements.
