Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive global project oversight remotely. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure timely, compliant delivery across multiple studies, using ICH GCP standards and IQVIA SOPs.

You will mentor staff, manage resources, and develop analytics strategies to optimize performance. The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, excellent English skills, and a strong ability to manage multi-country

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP).
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and coordinate with project/clinical leads.
• Oversee clinical deliverables to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when required and manage IPs.
• Manage project resources and global study metrics monitoring.
• Develop analytics strategy and support RBM tools/templates.
• Contribute to monitoring strategy and participate in client meetings.
• Document study tools and templates and ensure audit readiness.
• Mentor junior staff and foster team development.
