IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work flexibility. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, partner with project and clinical leads, and optimize speed, quality, and cost of delivery in line with SOPs and regulations.

Strong English and leadership abilities are essential to drive global study success. The role requires managing resources, developing analytics strategies, and ensuring RBM tools and study plans are robust.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee study deliverables.
• Manage study metrics and risk, develop monitoring strategies.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with global project teams.
• Ensure documentation and RBM tools are up to date and audit-ready.
