Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team to oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Provide oversight for unblinded clinical leadership and IP management.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate resource allocation.
• Develop monitoring strategy, triggers and thresholds.
• Ensure documentation and audit readiness of study tools.
