Lazo is seeking a Bookkeeping Analyst to manage daily financial transactions, support month-end closings, and maintain accurate accounting records. This role is fully remote and part of our Talent Pool for future opportunities within the U.S.-centric startup ecosystem.

Ideal candidates are pursuing accounting or finance studies, have 2–3 years of related experience, and excel in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong English communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Pursuing studies in business, accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong numerical skills and analytical mindset.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and advanced Excel.
• Business English proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Record daily financial transactions (revenues, expenses, payments, collections).
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Calculate amortizations, accruals, and interest.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Onboard new clients by entering data into accounting systems.
• Maintain communication with clients to resolve questions.
• Assist in preparing internal and client-facing reports.
• Ensure ledgers and books are updated and maintained.
