Job summary

Veta Virtual is seeking a Senior Accountant for a fast-growing fintech/cryptocurrency client. You’ll manage full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting across multiple revenue streams in a fully remote, high-velocity environment.

Requirements: 3–5 years of U.S.-based accounting, CPA preferred, strong GL and controls, and experience with QuickBooks Online and cloud tools. LATAM or Europe-based candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience with U.S.-based companies.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Proven experience with full-cycle accounting, GL, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle, including reconciliations and month-end close.
• Handle multi-channel revenue accounting (kiosk sales, OTC trading, online purchases, digital wallets).
• Prepare financial reporting and provide insights to leadership.
• Oversee AP/AR, controls, and vendor relationships.
• Support regulatory reporting for a money services business as needed.
